mine leaks bad, I get it in the foot wells and the spare tire well. Can you describe to me how your tails leak...I think that might be my problem...and more importantly, how you fixed it.

pop the hatch, the tail lights wont even come close to touching the body of the car when bolted in. there is like a 1/4" gap inbetween the light and the body. i siliconed the crap out of that gap so water runs down over the gap and away from the body. i can post pics tomorrow.

if your firewall grommets are in place. take the cowl cover off (plastic cover under the windshield wipers) and check the drains for the tray underneath. there is a fresh air intake right on the drivers side high up in the dash. possible that it could fill up and water could run into the vents. ever get water anywhere else?

on your left foot would be your speaker grill. seal under those black pieces between the top of the door and the sunroof. Thats what mine was

if you have a moonroof, check the drain hoses that go to the back of the car. I had one pop off and leaked water

I checked my "fresh air thing" and let a hose (water) run in there, and all the water drained out just as it should. I am phawkin stumped and both my drivers foot well and the spare tire well fill with water! I've checked the sunroof pretty well...well, no water leaks in that I could see when I ran the hose in the sunroof tray. If there are any ideas of where to go from here, just say the words.

I'm about ready to strip the carpet and rear section out of the car...well, I may be able to figure out the rear thing...tail lights.

I fixed my leak when it was leaking from the hatch struts, but my spare tire well would always fill up and behind my seats too....so i took out the carpet. I might put it back in soon since it's summer practically.

I have a leak behind the driver seat by the hatch strut. I can find where it's coming from to save my life . I also have an occasional leak on the passenger side floorboard but I don't know where to look there either. Also had taillight leaks but I just bought new gaskets from honda and that cleared it up. I also had a leak behind the passenger seat but I cleaned the moonroof hose and valve in the trunk and that cleared that up.

Both of my HB's have had leaks at the windshield's seal. I ran water near where I thought the leak was and sealed it up with a sealer I bought at Rice Boys. No more leaks. Its a pita but I hated wet floorboards. Made me more paranoid about rust.

I do believe there are sunroof drains at all 4 corners of the sunroof pan - meaning that there are two sunroof drains running down the front pillar of the car... might want to check how blocked yours is.

I had similar problems as well. What i did was drill little holes into the bottoms of the taillights. Mine were filling with water and leaking into the trunk. I also have leaks in the footwell, but on the passenger side mainly. I had my windshield resealed. But the leak persisted. The leak is coming from the rubber grommet that seals the wires that run into the door. I'm going to have to take off my doors and silicone up those rubber seals.

Hope that helps.
