Default Stumped. Oil burning problem.....but not the norm.

Dammit, its like a friggin black cloud over my head.........but in this case a blue cloud behind me

Ok, I thought it was the turbo. Replaced with new turbo. Thought it was the -4 feed, replaced with -3 when new turbo installed. Return is almost straight down from the turbo to pan and CHRA is straight up and down.
Just pulled head and replaced all stock guides with Portflow bronze guides on both in. and ex. Had seats touched up and installed new seals. New Cometic hg. Leakdown as of 1 hour ago yeilded 2% in 1&2, 4% in 3, and 3% in 4 --- all done without adding oil to the cylinders. Inspected cylinder walls when head was off and they looked great--still have some cross hatching on the Dartons.
Only possible thing could be fuel washing Im thinking of. Unfortunately Ive pent all this money on the car and still dont have a wideband. I do consume a good amount of gas, so Im hoping this is it.

Anyone have any ideas at all???

On acceleration and also after decel then hitting the gas again.
Im gonna order the EMS wideband and I should have one of the first out. I can only borrow friend's widebands for so long I guess...
