Default b16 Flywheel and Clutch question

I am planning on swapping a b16 in this summer and am trying to get some numbers together now. So my questions are would the flywheel that comes with the swap package (from hmotorsonline) need to be resurfaced? I know its depends on the wear on that specific one, but from your guys experience was it necessary?

And what are your guys opinions on Action clutches? I saw them on exospeed and for a good deal cheaper than ACT's so was interested in them. Which one (of the action clutches) would you recommend for a daily driver that can handle at least 200 hp? Thanks

most of the time you dont need to resurface the flywheel but since you are putting in a new clutch then i would go ahead and pay the $20 bucks. as for the action clutch i haven't tired them before the only way you learn whats good or bad is to try something new the act s/s with heavy duty pressure plate will handle the power
