quick question on rule...

quick question on rule...

I plan on going to the track this weekend to test and tune, the problem is I have a spider web crack in my windshield... is there any rule stating the windshield has to be fully intact?

At E-Town, they did not let me run test and tune when I had a small crack in my windshield.
