T-shirt and shorts (along with your undies if you're so inclined) is standard fare. But, a lot of people (myself included) instead wear Coolmax or other wicking-type fabrics. I actually wear long-sleeve. It helps to keep the chafing and sticking down. It also helps to keep the stink out of your leathers, especially if you don't have a removable lining. Leathers stink after a while, they just do. You have to get them cleaned, and even then it doesn't always get it all.

I have heard of people wearing something called "underarmor" it's athletic type gear, it's supposed to push the moisture or heat away from your skin. The problem with that is that the sweat has no place to go except into the liner of your leathers or into the leather itself. However it's supposed to keep you cool.

Yep, the type that baseball players wear. You wear that, and a T-shirt over it, that will keep you warm/cool (depends on which one you got).

Just underwear for the pants but under the jacket I use Under Armour. You can get it at sportmart or anything sporting good store. Keeps you nice and cool during those hot days and pretty warm durning the nights. Its also a lot easier to take off your jacket with it.

under armor is a wicking material as well. It is designed and woven to allow fluids to exit the material, but they cannot enter, therefore nothing soaks into the material. The problem with this, like mentioned above, your leathers will still eventually stink. It does however keep you cool and clean.
