if you were to take the display off and unclip it would all data aand info be lost ?? this is for security purposes ie. at te mall, tatke it off so it doenst get jacked will i ave to reprogram i t? thanks

 

i think it has hard memory since there isn't a remote line and constant power line. i've been working on my turbo for the past week and have had the battery disconnected for more than 1-2 days straight and the settings are still there. i think the manual says you won't lose your settings as well.

It has built in memory. I've had my battery disconnected for 3 months and when I hooked it back up the settings were still there.

 

It wont lose a thing.
