Default Cel 1

I got a CEL 1 for oxygen content. Does this mean my O2 sensors are bad, or that something is wrong with my intake? (I'm just using a screen with a piece of cloth right now ). I would think it's not my O2 sensor because it has its own code (48 I think). Any ideas? I have a 2000 b16a, maxrev kit, DSM injectors, and SMC+. Thanks.

Oops looks like I misread the CEL code. I checked it again and it looks like a 10, which is Intake Air Temperature. Could this be caused by not running a relocated filter, so the turbo is sucking in hot air? I have an intercooler though so wouldn't that cool the air enough? Luckily the CEL went away after I reset the ECU. But I would still like to know what caused it in the first place.

Another problem I had (but not sure if it's related) is that the revs dropped really low whenever I let off the gas and even stalled a few times. This was better after I reset the ECU and added some fuel at idle - 1000rpms.

the reason you stalled and idle is fucked up is cuz your missing a IAT sensor.

did you take yours off. if it's still there & still isn't working you can test the resistance between the two pins on the unit. there should be 1k-4k ohms resistance at room temp.
