Default DIY front grill

does any one know if it is possible to remove the emblem front the rest of the front grill so it looks like the 99-00 si front grill? i was looking at it and i wasnt sure if it clipped in and out or if i would have to cut it out. im trying to stay away from cutting if possible unless there is some brave soul that may have tried it before with some success. any info would be appreciated. thanx ya'll

it is possible, and fairly easy.

remove the grill from the car, cut all the black platic slats out of the grill, put grill back in.
