Okay, the motor has probably 3000 miles or less on it since the rebuild. No codes anymore, did some work and fixed the map code. But we are still losing lots of top end power. Its only AFTER VTEC. Once in vtec the revs actually slow down it seems. Hes runnin an APEX vtec controller, wtih no settings, just pretty much vtec. Is there anything in there that can contribute to helping top end? Neither of us understand the APEX so... Maybe someone knows a website that describes how better to tune it, other than taking it to a shop and having them dyno it. But thats most likely what its gonna come too. Any help to what could be causing top end lose?

the only way to tune a vafc is on a dyno, you can use peoples settings but i wouldnt advice it if you dont want to **** your motor up,

Okay well I got some questions. Which ones let you adjust with fuel curves, and hgih vtec and low vtec, and what they each do.. I just want to know what each one of these means. Any help? Its a D16Y8 also.
