Okay I have a Profec A, but I heard you need 3 VAC sources, (Greddy Turbo Kit) i dont want to drill into the charge pipe and weld a VAC port. Someone who has the Profec B said with that, no drilling is needed in the piping.
If anyone has the Profec B and has it installed on a Greddy or Drag let me know, cause if this is the case, Ill ditch the A and get the B. Maybe Im just confused but if someone has pics of there installed Profec A or B with the VAC lines so I could see for myself, it would be awesome.
Thanks guys
Edit: I know u need the internal WG, Intake mani and FPR, so its not like im totally dumb .. Art wasnt 100% sure so Im throwing this out there. He said he needed a VAC port on his Profec A tho.

Hey Fred, I got a Profec B. It came with a threaded nipple. I just drilled that into the intake pipe and it fit a little loosely, so I got some JB weld and it's hard as a rock now. It's been over 8 months and no problems.

why not? it's easy as hell.

You think you could take a pic of what it looks like, and I need to get one of those things!

I'm curious as well, whether you have to have the boost source come from the charge pipe before the throttle body or if its ok to run it off the intake manifold.

Cool thanls! But what goes to the wastegate (I know another VAC line) but if that one off the FPR line?

It's the other vacuum line off the stepper motor (the black box). The VAC line off the FPR goes to the Profec unit itself. Let me know what you do

So it goes the same way the greddy web page tells you. Would you want to put the nipple after the intercooler to compensate for the pressure drop?
