Speakers do not complement a headunit, they don't have enough power IMO.

Are you going to be using an amplifier?
What is your budget?

Let me rephrase the question.
What speakers would sound best using this headunit?
-I will not be using an amplifier.
-Don't mind budget.

For the most part, you will want to stick with lower end models. They usually have higher sensitivities.
Check out Pioneer and Infinity.

i have infinity perfect 5.1's in my front and 63.5i 3-ways in my rear on my r. the sound is awesome. i have the alpine CDA-7998. alpine has good speakers (and amps), but imo the infinities are THE BEST. NOTHING CAN STAND UP TO INFINITY'S. just my 2 cents..
