I need to know as well. Somebody, anybody....

Actually I was wondering if bleeding the clutch was really necessary. I know I have some air in the system, but I don't mind the feel of the clutch being a little soft. Is there some other reason I should bleed it? (i.e. air allows corrosion, or earlier clutch wear...)

I am bleeding it a fourth time innn two months because the fluid is black after a few weeks of driving.. and I want to clean that stuff out.
maybe I am going overboard, or maybe I need a new slave cylinder....
but a speedbleeder would make this a hella lot easier...

Mine dropped a little low. I noticed some black goo also. Let me know if you come up with a good solution short of flushing it repeatedly.
