I hooked up a MSD shift light into the MSD 6A tach output, but recently I'm starting to have some problem with it. What happens is that my MSD shift light seems to go off a little earlier than it should, it would first blink a couple of times then turn on and stay on at the right RPM. My question is has anyone ever experience anything like this and know how to fix it ?

I have already replaced the rotor and Distrubtor cap and have also, rechecked all the wiring. So, I'm kind of stuck on how to troubleshoot this thing.

 

Figured it out, had to replace Distrubutor Rotor.
