Choosing a wastegate?

How do you properly choose a wastegate size for a turbo setup. I plan to run a min boost of 5 psi and max boost of 25 psi? Which size would be good for my app? any suggestions?

what exhaust manifold are you planning on running? that would also dictate the wastegate choice (for size at least)
