just as the question states I have oil in the #2 spark plug and the plug is fully drenched...WTF is wrong?

 

do a leakdown test to check the rings
also check your valve seals

 

sounds like the valve cover gasket (or rather the little r ubber seals around the plug well) has given up. Cheap to replace, takes 10 minutes.

 

is the oil were the plug wire goes? If so your round gasket is jacked up just replace it

They're cheap, like $2 each. Replace all 4 while the cover is off.

 

just as .RJ and Charged99si said. i had the same problem once (only due to dealer not replacing the ring after changing my timing belt )
