Default Traction bars, do they work?

A couple of my friends have traction bars for there EG with motor swaps, does this really give you traction.

Here is a pretty good review

I have heard both stories, that they are worth it and that they aren't. But the guy in the article LOVED 'em

they reduce wheel hop so yup they work.

Depending on how much power you put down, suspension, and numerous other variables all depends on how much the traction bars work.

Basically don't have a stock car with 500 hp and think that traction bars are going to eliminate ALL wheel hop. they get rid of most but not ALL
