Default Test and Fit of my Turblow.. *Pics 56k warning*

Well, she is almost done I just need a some Charge pipes, DP pipe, and the oil drain flange for the turbo. It should be done by last week of May, I hope.. Lol

My turbo is a Garrett T25 with STD manifold and a custom made adapter plate. *Note*.. I found out that my front crossmember is hitting the inlet intake of the turbo. So what I did is I hammered the crossmember just enough to clear intake outlet so it wouldn't hit the crossmember. It came out pretty good, but I still need to hammer it one more time for more clearance... Other parts are:

T25 DP plate
1stG DSM BOV
1stG SMIC
HKS EGT gauge
Blitz racing boost gauge
450cc DSM injectors
SMC+ for fuel management
Aeroequip fittings and SS braided lines(return and feed line)
and the lil things lol

This was my last project that I did. It's a Y8 intake manifold swapped with Integra LS TB..

Good ****, you'll love the pull! If you rotate the turbo a little you can clear the crossmember without smashing it...little too late for that though eh?

It's because I took out the A/C fan and the compressor for more space. So yeah, no rad issues here.

i ve got just about everything done with mine except the oil line and finishing my plate, the first one hit the radiator, a few questions
1. i have the same bov, but i ran a vacumm frm the intake manifold , is this OK?
2. i dont have any of the oil fitting on the turbo, where can i get one? and what does it look like?
3.did u have a hard time getting the oil pressure switch off ?, cause im having a lot of trouble .
i have some pics up soon,
another thing u might want to find a local mitsi dealer that will give u an old exhaust from a defect, u could take the dp flange from it , thats what i did , dude said he had a whole bunch from a car

My friend has pretty much that exact same set up in his crx, without the y8 intake manifold. But he made 155hp/154tq to the wheels on 8 lbs with that set up.

I am doing almost the exact same thing as you. Except i am running a ZC, and i decided to use a larger turbo. I bought a tdo5h 14b turbo, cause the t25 was a little too small for my engine imo.
