I'm getting the car ready to sell, but I need to get the exterior detailed. Anyone know a good place in the VA/MD area? I need to have the tar and bug guts scrubbed out and a good waxing.

They have a crucial detail guy named James. I think they charge between 100 and 150 but its well well worth it.

What about Mobil Auto Detailing? Anyone have any experience with them? Their prices seem reasonable.

I would do it myself, but I need some attention above and beyond what my tools, skills, or muscles can provide.

I'm going to buy a track only car. Something that I can track without worrying about what happens if I total it, and something I won't worry so much about theft. Something I can race in the HC within a year or two.

Thinking '92 or '93 Teg, and run H4.

Lower car payment + way lower insurance = more $ for mods and track time.

Wish I could tell you I was trading it in for an Evo ir STi...

Not yet. That will come later. For now I will keep it street legal, and drive to the track.

Let me know if you need any help with that.

90-91 is the same, less 10HP and they are OBD0, while 92-93 is OBD1. You can update the head/cams/IM on the older cars to make up the HP difference.

They are good peeps. I haven't been to them, but have had friends go or have them come to them in the past. I have used a place just up the street from my work that does a good job for when I show.
