Default Crower 63403

I have a 96 GSR with 40,000 miles. with AEM DC 421 and a Tababe RM. I am about to order the CROWER 63403 with the springs and retainers. WHAT company should I go to for a ECU upgrade.. CHIP or reprogram? What should I change my igntion timing to? And what kind of horsepower will I be looking at?

I want to go with a SC but dont have enough money right now.. SO I am gonna go with the cams for now.. and then sell them later.. when I have enough money for the charger. If I get a valve job with the cams will it be beneficial with the charger later?
Sorry about all the questions.. but I know you guys know your stuff...

Thanx

Ask Timonex on this board, he has them in his GSR. His dyno charts showed over a 15 hp increase across the entire powerband after tuning the gears and fuel.

As for porting and polishing your cylinder head, naturally aspirated setups have different, mostly opposite needs compared to forced induction. So running a JRSC on a cylinder head that was made for n/a setups wouldn't be the best combo. If you really want to go SC in the future, i would hold off on the cams and just save up for that instead.
