Like if your 15amp ECU fuse is blown your car wont start. Shouldn't cause lights in the cabin to come on tho.

nothing comes on. The gauge cluster doesnt light up, the radio doesnt light up nothing. NO clicks nothing.
Tilt, the battery terminals are clean.

forgot to mention i changed the battery a week ago.
heres what happened yesterday. I jump in the car turn the key to start , i get no response, nothing lights up in the car, no clicks, nor slight crank. (this after successfully starting it 3 times prior in the day). LEt it sit try turning the key again and nothing, sit there with the key on the ON position while i think, all of a sudden all the gauge lights come on, the radio comes, then it completely went away. For some reason i decide to diconnect the turbo timer and try it again, this time it starts. Today in the morning i try it and again nothing, i disconnect the timer again, try starting it and again nothing.

I agree with Rayman check the battery out with a volt meter make sure it is at least 12.25v, if not throw a charger on it leave it at it's lowest setting overnight to charge it back up.
Also make damn sure that you have a good ground connection from battery to the block and body. If they are replacement battery terminals and not stock they sometimes vibrate their screws loose and cause problems like this from loosing good connection.

Make sure your battery connections are tight and secure also make sure that the car's terminals on the wires are clean. Double check the battery with a volt meter or have someone run you to an AutoZone to have it tested.
It may be a bad alternator that cause your battery to die in the first place (I.E. if the ALT is dead the car uses the battery for all power to fire the spark which will quickly kill the battery)

It could be the starter. If you've been trying to start it alot without it starting you probably fried the starter. If not check to see if battery has any power at all. It sounds as if it is a fuse or wiring problem, IMO.

forgot to mention i changed the battery a week ago.
heres what happened yesterday.

Man, I hate ignition problems. Looks like you're going to have to get a volt meter and just go around checking to see what's getting power and what's not. Eventually you're going to hit the problem. I'd check your igniton switch first.
