Default Ignition Guru Needed H22A Swap no spark Please Help!

H22A Swap P13 ECU Got it running but got code 3 and 41. Fixed 41 secondary o2 heater not grounded (fixed). While trouble shooting code 3 swap MAP and TPS connectors. Started but ran badly. Turn the engine off and now would not start. Found out that what I thought was MAP was actually EGR. So while trouble shooting code 3 plugged TPS to EGR. Now no spark. Not sure if ECU needs TPS signal to get spark.

Here is what I checked so far.
ICM replaced.
B+ to coil (Coil measured: primary 1.6 ohm secondary 10.5 ohm)
B+ to ICM
Changed spark plugs
Spark plugs are wet and got gas ( tried starting fluid )
TPS measuree 5V (ground floated -- Fixed ran wire to D22)
MAP measured 5V ground ok

Knock sensor and all other were wired and seems fine because the car started and ran with code 3 and 41.

The question is by placing TPS conn to ECU conn could that some how cause the engine not to have spark?

Coil secondary winding is a bit suspicious but measure off another coil primary is also 1.6 ohm but secondary is 15.4 ohm not too far apart.

where else could I check. Please help!

Does the rotor spin?

Have you replaced the cap as well?

Make sure all of your fuses are good as well. Just for verification as well (since obviously you're getting fuel), you hear the main relay under the dash turn on for 2 seconds then turn off right? (The CEL turning on and turning off after 2 seconds) with out the jumper harness.

HTH.

It was the dang COIL!

Primary measurement is fine at 1.6 ohms
Secondary @ 10 K ohm is not! if anyone else get this measurement on the secondary change it! Thanks for your suggestion Brandon.
