Default D15 Homemade Turbo kit , Air Conditioned, from scratch in 1 DAY!

A colaboration of forces. My friends parts, my manifold, dp...etc....

This is a 95 Civic DX with Air. Turned out pretty good for a cheap kit! $1000 installed! Tell me what you think.

The turbo flange positioning was a pain in the *** because of the air and block heater. The dp angle was a bit tricky becasue of the wierd angle of the stock ihi dp. The top mount intercooler idea was ludlvr and actually works pretty well. After the first boosting drive, came back and felt both sides and it seems to be working well. We used a large hose to duct air from the front right up to the bottom of the ic.

Manifold isn't too bad! Where did you buy the exhaust flange for the head? I'm looking into making a manifold for my D series.

Good job. You really should consider buying a leather wrap for your tig torch, evntually you will end up with a tig torch covered in duct tape. :-)

What is the... 3 inch flex for? is it aluminized or stainless?

Just need to get a scoop on that thar ic
