When people talk about beefing up transmissions, what actually is done? When having an engine built, is there some things you should do to the tranny while its out? People talk about built transmissions, I just want to know what that really means.

 

really a clutch, flywheel, LSD... stuff along that line..

 

Ok, so its not really within the gearbox or anything. I already have an ACT Xtreme clutch and fidanza flywheel. Still need the LSD though, probably gonna install that when I have the engine built.
