vafc rpm problem

vafc rpm problem
i just rebulit my engine and now the rpm's on my vafc are way off.
i mean like analog says 5k and the vafc says like 2.4k or something.
i have also hooked up a blue box for a gready turbo that im getting ready to install. i dont know if this has something to do with it.
any idea.
