Default boosted sohc auto results... decent..?

i'm wondering if the dyno results are decent or below average-i think i've seen higher numbers for boosted sohcs... maybe it's my tranny...

this was a dyno pull when the car was hot after previous pulls. a/f ratio is about 12-something. hp is below 210 and tq is below 190.

this was a dyno pull after the car cooled down a bit. 215 whp and 195 tq at 10 psi. questions and comments welcome.

Can we get some info on your car, engine, which turbo did you use, boost controller, and what engine internals if any did you change. Gotta know what your working with before anyone judges your dyno chart.

I would have thought to see better numbers ( after seeing niedejb's numbers ). I'm not too exp'd with turbo's so i don't really know why you numbers look like that. Hey maybe they're good for an auto, maybe not. I would have thought to see numbers in the 220+ range ( both whp and tq at that psi.

Whats your turbo setup ?

Nice numbers...with a manual tranny youd be right where my old setup left off.

What did you do different (why dynoing agian?)

he raised the boost and had more tuning w/ hondata...i think

but hes getting robbed thru the drivetrain.. still good number though. i figure that the f22b1 automatic puts down about 110whp, he's running 10psi approx. 100hp. 205whp is good.

sam187p,
car: 1994 honda accord ex 4dr auto
engine: stock f22b1 w/ skunk2 cam gear
turbo: turbonetics t3 super 60
boost controller: greddy profec b

SleepersOwn, i would love to have niedejb's numbers... he may have a few more bolt-ons i think... 200+ whp was my goal so i'm fine with the dyno results...

niedejb, raceACCORDingly is right-i turned up the boost to 10 psi and switched from the vafc hack to hondata... that was the trick up my sleeve in response to your getting the aem ems... the hack was decent for the money but i'm glad i invested in hondata...

raceACCORDingly, sorry the numbers on the graph are hard to see... it's 215 whp-not 205 whp...

boostedf22, thanks greg but i will beef up the auto tranny and get a modified torque converter in the future... i think sport compact car did something similar with one of their project cars using level 10 products...

Please reconsider.

I am actually thinking about buying you a 5 speed just to get your numbers up.

Yea, thats the tranny im running along with noslude with the fully built h23 with a 150 shot. It helps out a hell of alot.
and accordexchange the car a was a 600 HP + car with a built boosted n20 fed b16. It was pretty bad *** as an automagic. It helps thats for sure.
Ask Noslude93 he has been running his fully built auto, and now fully built auto with fully built motor with a 150 shot for the last couple of months.
Still aite numbers for stock tranny.

PS im waiting to get to a dyno in the next few weeks, with the same setup but 7 psi - see what happens.

Everyone with a boosted Accord or Cl should support one another

i can only wish i had hondata...
how much was your hondata setup? also, my car's not listed in the application chart, do you think i can still use...say p28 and use baseline map for f22? my car's f23...

good job! i remember when you were disappointed from your 1st dyno session ...good luck!

BottleFedDrag4LX, what fuel management will you be using..? is stock boost on the deltagate wastegates 7 psi or will you be using a manual/electronic boost controller..?

ash.zero, good memory... i got my hondata 2b ($472) and p28 ecu ($225) from kyle @ ks-motorsports... excellent customer service... as for your car-i'd probably give kyle or hondata a call just to make sure... you will definitely need a OBDII to OBDI adaptor harness if an ECU swap is applicable...

the auto tranny has parasitic hp loss, something like 35%.

do the 5-spd swap, you'll love driving your car even more. i recently did the h22a-S and auto->5-spd swap and now i have so much fun in my accord .

Ill be using 450 injectors, im sorry i was wrong before about the 440. Then im doing the vafc hack with the Apex controller, along with an intank fuel pump.
I still need to retard my timing 7 degrees also.
For the wastegate its suppost to be set to 7psi, but for some reason im boosting to 10 psi. I have heard the wastegate im running is a lil sketchy. what bov and wastegate are you running? im curious about your fuel setup too?
