what would you do with 5k?
ok this type of question has been asked quit a bit, but i would like to know what would you guys would do if you came into like 5 grand (swap,turbo,all-motor,ect.).And it would be for a 98 Ls integra. And im looking for some decent power numbers.

5K dollars could get you a Serious Rev Hard turbo kit. Fuel management and ECU **** to control it.
If you have just a little bit mroe money, you could prolly resleeve your motor, get new pistons, and rods. And boost way into the 20-30 PSI.
Rods will be the first thing to give out and of course you'll want to drop the compression.

i would probably invest it into getting a revhard or drag 3 turbo kit. Then perhaps a hondata or some other standalone. Then perhaps use the remaining on dyno tuning or dyno tuning and perhaps some new parts for my block.

ughh much too overpriced for not as much gains as a turbo setup.

1) Me with 5K and a 98 LS: Turbo kit, clutch/LSD, ECU, and mad tuning.
2) Vortech S/C's (or any centrifugal type) on Honda's just plain suck compared to what else is out there, especially for the price. Anyone seen their powerband? I might give an exception to the S2000.
