Do you suggest using a flange between the tial 35mm wastegate and the exhaust manifold or just use the gasket with no flange?

 

no no, u mean do we suggest a gasket, or just flange to manifold, with no gasket, and you dont need the gasket...

 

so you're saying, don't use the gaskets but, use the flange.

 

u have to have a flange to connect it...

 

Thanks, do you know where I can get the bolts to connect the turbo, downpipe, manifold, and wastegate? I have a turbonetics T3T04b turbo, rev-hard manifold for D16Y8, and 35mm tial wastegate but, I don't have any of the bolts to connect it.

They didnt comewith it when u bought it. They should be Allen Wrench screws

 

the allen screws aren't long enough to go through the wastegate and flange

 

Sounds like you need to go to Home Depot!

 

or ACE, they have metric sizes if thats what they are. take all your stuff in there and try out different bolts etc. use stock header bolts toput the manifold on the block
