Ground Control & KYB AGX Install
Hey guys,
I'm was working on my install today and I noticed something that was odd. I went to go put on the ground control springs onto the shock/strut and there is an unbelievable amount of space between the two. I know the ground control can be adjusted but isn't there suppose to be some contact between the spring and the seat? Anyone else encounter this situation?

alot of people used to love groundcontrol when i came out but when they realize it's a sleeve type coilover, not a real coilover set up.
I haven't see any sleever coilover set up without gap when the car is jacked up
but dont worry about it..

Oh ok. So until I seat the car down there will be a gap? I can't even adjust it I took the hex bolt out and its like its glued on there. GRR!!! LOL Should've went the one piece route.
Are you talking about the rubber seat that you use instead of your oem one of the top mount? or are you talking about a cone shaped item that I see in all the pictures with their stuff?

Is probably referring to the 4 black rubber donut shaped inserts, that go into the upper pillar-ball mount/upper strut mount.
I put mine in, and they are now ripping away, the things are weak.
