Default B16a no spark, not starting??? HELP

well I just tried to start my freshly installed B16a, and it cranks over but will not start. I did a test to see if I was getting any spark, and nothing. So I am thinking I have either a bad ground somewheres or I rewired my dizzyyyy wrong...Any suggestions on what could be going on????? any body have this problem? My distributer should work because my engine had a warrantee and was guaranteed to work out of crate. PLEASE HELP

Just because the engine is guaranteed to start up, doesn't mean its gonna. The dizzy could be bad, but you said you were not throwing any codes, so I don't think you have a bad dizzy. I would double check your wiring and then do a test to make sure your getting spark.

makes sure its grounded correctly, the tranny ground, that thermostat ground. i would check to see if theres power going to the dist at all, then that can help u identify your problem alot better

i had the same exact problem it took me like3 months to figre out....you gotta go through every single ground make sure they are all good....you gotta check like every wire and make sure everythng is attached....i did al my grounds and 2 wires in the back of the block (green and yellow) with a big boot around it were disconnected...so i did all that then started her up...but before idid all this i got a new dizzy wires and plugs. so i wasted mad money when it was only a ground or something..i feel your pain trust me!!!
