b16a won't start! NEED HELP!!

Default b16a won't start! NEED HELP!!

we have the motor in the car , everything is plugged in, trying to crank it and it just wont start.... checked all plugs for spark, swaped out ignition wires, swapped out the b16a throttle body with and ls , nothing seems to help...... one thing i cant understand is that when we first pulled one of the wires out it was soaked in a brown type liquid.... didnt smell familiar...alll cylinders were soaked and plugs.... just got the motor shipped from cali.... dont know what else it can be??????? PLEASE HELP!!

I wonder what the result of the spark test was. Did you put fresh oil in? Is it possible that brown fluid is oild oil that has foulded your plugs. Do you have spark?
