Default Main pulley making contact with cross-member support under right hand turns and bumps

I have installed a stock b20 with MMR mounts into a 90 CRX si. Soon after installation, i could hear a scraping sound whenever i went over decent bumps or took a hard right turn. My thought is that the tire was rubbing on the plastic wheel well liner which is hanging down about 1/2 inch. Since it was tire on plastic, i wasnt really concerned.

Problem is that i JUST discovered that it was not the above scenario. It is actually the 2nd section of the main pulley making contact with the crossmember support connected to the front wheels. When the system is flexed, the 2 make contact! That is BAD BAD news. I have driven the car for probably 2k miles with it doing this!

1) what can i do to fix the problem? Im thinking i will use a file and take off the outer lip of the pulley. I am not using the pulley at all. I may see if i can notch that crossmember support.

2) How much damage am i looking at here and what can i check? Im afraid of the crankshaft becoming out of round at some point. What bearings would need replacement? Can i do it without pulling the engine?
