So when i got the car, this pulley was wobblin..most people would think that its just loose and u need to tighten it...but the thing is that it's tight as a vagina...so this is my question...is it a bent pulley? or is the stem of where the pulley sits on bent? and if its either, what is that pulley for? like if i were to replace the pulley, what kind would i have to replace...sorry for the poor pic...i'm desperate for answers and all i had was a flashlight...

not sure the problem but im sure if you stare at it long enough you will see what is bent..
