Default B18c1 sitin in the garage....wire help needed.

Yo, i spent the better half of friday pulling out a GSR swap from the sellers EF 4 door. And its going into my EF 4 door. So its in my garage right now and i have a couple of questions. When i pulled it i cut a couple of wires and being the retard i am i didnt mark'em. On the obd0 to ond1 adapter plug theres 7 wires that arent going into the stock civic harness. I need to know what they are.
1.yellow w/ grey dots
2.orange blue
3.red with grey dots
4. orange/white
5. orange/black
6.blues/ light green/grey dots
7. blue/dark green/ grey dots

I assume these are the stock wires from a GSR, so the colors should match a wiring diagram. (?) Now, on the motor theres two wires comin from the vtec solenoid, 2 more from the VSS, 3 from the o2 sensor, and 2 more from somewhere (distributor maybe) Im really confused, wanna punch myself for not marking them before i cut'em.Oh, and i think the orange/ blue wire goes to the gauge cluster because it wasnt stickin out the firewall but was goin towards the driver side, i think its the VSS wire to the speedometer. Which brings me to another question, can i caonnect it to my stock gauge cluster? its usin a cable right now, not a digital sensor. whew....1 more question, will the clutch form my b16a1 (its an ACT stage II) bolt on to the GSR motor? And should i swap the clutch or will it be better to swap over the b16 flywheel too? The tranny is a 93 GSR cable tranny. Dahm. Really excited about this swap, i drove the guys guy before pullin out the motor and was really impressed, the clutch slipped real bad if i floored but, but i managed to ease in in 3rd and ride it out to 95mph. Thats some nice tourque!!!!The vtec crossover wasnt as noticeable as on the old b16 but still nice. Ill try to post some pics of all this when i get a camera.basically i just need to swap the clutch, do the wiring, buy some tires and then im ready to roll. Oh, and its a USDM motor, 99 GSR. stock except for AEM CAI. ill be hoping for mid 14's with that setup. but theres still a lot of room for improvement. aight, sorry for babblin, lata

1 more thing (sorry). The ECU is a Mugen chipped p28, i could have sworn those are h22 ECU's which might explain the 5800rpm vtec engagement. are they also GSR ECU's? if not, then what ECU should i run>
