(second try) started GSR swap in a 92 hatch and it idles at 1300-1500 rpm
first time it sat at 4500 rpm and the throttle cable was the culprit. it was too tight. now it sits at 1300-1500 rpm after the car is warm.
i unplugged the IACV and the Rpms dropped so, that rules out the IACV as being the problem. i also tried adjusting the idle screw to no avail.
the vacuum connections look okay as well.
