Default CEL Engine Codes: 4, 7 and Oil Pressure Light is Always on

My Car 91 STD Hatch.

My Engine B16a SIR II OBD1.

Wiring Conversion From OBD0-OBD1 ECU and Engine Harness!!!

My car runs drives on the street no problem. It can’t rev past 3.5RPM CEL is giving code 4 CKP, 7 TPS and oil low light is always on. I put 4QT engine Oil and 3QT Tranny Oil So oil is not low!!!!

MY TPS sensor I cut the wires trying to get my switch the Yellow Blue Green wires on the TPS to fix my engine cant rev past 3.5rpm didn’t help. Currently the wire is cut that’s why it’s giving me Code 7.

But how do I fix CEL Code 4?
I have a brand new Distributor Cap Rotor Brand New the whole Distributor is new.

Please help out I am in big need of help that’s my only car I have and currently it has been like 4 weeks since the swap trying to figure out my problem frustrating to me if you would like to pass some knowledge on what might be causing the problem please post!!

Thanks very much
ronald

maybe u wired the dizzy wrong
that will cause a code 4
as for the TPS u invert the cables and they should work fine unless the TPS itself it sbroken...

go back to scratch and follow all the steps and make sure u didnt forget anything and check all conections are tight, clean and in the right spot

when you check your oil is it fine. if it is then your oil pressure sending is bad. try replacing the oil pressure sending unit and the light should go out.

Its on the back of the block, just above the oil filter. Make sure its plugged in, and the connector isn't all busted up. They are tight fitting connectors, and sometimes they break when you try and unplug them.
