Default Code 9 CEL No. 1 Cylinder Position (CYP Sensor) Help Please

I have a 91 Civic Hatch STD.

Running a OBD1 Motor. Wiring was converted to OBD1 ECU harness and Engine Harness.

My car runs and everything but I can’t rev past 3500RPM!!! I have checked the wiring it looks right to me. B15 Blue/Green and B16 Blue/Yellow going to B10 and B12.

My distributor is brand spanking new!!! This is giving me a head ake I tried almost everything thing.. Today I tried a Voltage meter measured current at b15 b16 around 360 U...

what else can be wrong.

EDIT: Code 4 fixed now its giving CODE: 9. And I don't feel vtec my Oil light goes on and OFF!!

will code 9 cause the car not to go into vtec or the Oil Light that fucken goes on and off?

Damn dude , you know what, while i was building my LS/Vtec, i used an OBD1 ECU , so i need a conversion harness and a OBD1 Distributor.......the guy who sold me the conversion, (which converts at the ECU so i could still use my stock 90 RS wiring harness) said that i needed to wire the OBD0 Distributor plugs onto my OBD1 Distributor, well, the colors match up, but they arent for the same sensors, if you take apart the 2 and look at them, the sensors_Crank Angle ,Cyl Position, TDC) are built in a different order from top to bottom....its like they reversed it casue on my OBD0 dist. the Crank ng. was on top, the Cyl. Pos. was in the middle and the TDC was on bottom, on the OBD1 Dist. it was the other way around so, BE CAREFUL and take a look at it

Thanks for the REPLY!!

I got the problem fixed the code 4!!

I ran the wire straight from the ECU to the CKP!!
Now the car revs past 3500RPM!!!

But now its giving me CODE 9 .
CYP!!!

Anyways Tomorrow I am also running the wire directly hopefully that is the problem and will be solved tomorrow for CODE 9!!!

Anyways my car does not go Into Vtec why?
My Oil pressure Light is always ON when I drive the car and punch gas it goes away but it appears on and off!!

what can be causing my vtec not to kick in?

thanks
