Default what is my redline??

my engine is a jdm b16a the year on the head tells me it's a 90 so
its first gen, it came setup with an automatic tranny. so i used my flywheel and clutch from my blown up b18c. From 7600 rpm and up it sounds like valvefloat,
what is the stock redline for a 1st gen auto b16a ???

I know the manuals are 8200, but I have heard about autos being around 7600. Even possible thats the fuel cutoff your getting that feels like float, I dont remember exactly...

As long as your engine is one that is a manual tranny motor, your redline is 8000. I know my JDM B16A dies out at about 7600, and some of the other ones I have driven and people I've talked to agree with that. I generally just shift at 7500, but there is nothing wrong with taking it up to 8, as long as you do have dual intake valve springs.
