idle is all fcuked up

started up my b16 hatch,idles from 500 to 900 up and down.when car is fully warmed up it idles fine,i'm curently runnning a stock auto p28ecu.can this be the problem.also bought a 16 psi radiator cap cause my old one is missing could this be it. when i remove radiator cap car idles fine

lol...sounds like your fixed your problem, no? run no rad cap and all is well!
