b16a or b18b turbo

OK I have a 91 b16a motor(only) and a complete stock b18b swap(in my other car). Should I take out my old motor and put it in my hb w/a turbo, or swap in the b16a motor into the hb? I have @ $1500.00 to work on my car... what should I do?
