Does the Mugen header have a block mount?

Does the Mugen header have a block mount?
I bought mine used and it didn't come with the lower block support/mount. It's been fine for a year but was it supposed to come with one? If anyone has pictures of one I'd appreciate it.

It does however the mounting hardware is too long and doesn't fit. It is possible to use the the stock mount and use a hose clamp. But the weak metal of the hose clamp will break, I've opted to no mount it to the block, I believe the hanger works jsut fine.
