Yea, just make sure you clean the threads and apply a light coat of oil to the surface for true torque readings.

I think most people recommend to replace it after 3 times though.

They should be replaced every time.

They should be replaced every time, but on an engine with stock compression, no boost, etc.. I have reused them and not had a failure yet, but do lube them up and torque them properly.

yea you can reuse them on stock compression, if you oil/lube them up the torque readings won't be accurate and most likely it will be alot tighter then is should be.

You're supposed to replace them but most people get away with reusing them a couple times.
Sure you might get away with it but gambling is not how I like to build my engines.
Get a set of ARP head studs for around $90-100. Not that expensive, works better then stock and extra insurance for higher compression applications like a mini-me

u are supposed to replace them every time u take them off because they stretch ... i have personally i have used the Z6 bolts up to 3 times... i dont feel like paying about 65 bucks on bolts for this motor...
if not just get ARP studs and be done wit it

I don't believe the helms manual says to replace them..at least my 91 hatch manual.

Whereas its otherwise insistant on other bolts that should be replaced everytime. Just says to lubricate with motor oil.
