Default Strange sound from my BOV - need some input...

BOV sounded nice from 0-6psi. I hooked up my conquest intercooler, and now the BOV sounds wierd - like it echos or vibrates once or twice before completely blowing off - like it skips a beat. The reverb doesn't happen at 5-6psi, but down lower.
-I've adjusted the BOV spring all the way in, and it's worse - happening no matter what boost level.
-I've let the spring all the way out, and it does it at 0-4 or so psi.
-I'm running a (slightly modified) Greddy sohc kit (with custom FMIC), TurboXS high perf. MBC, and Blitz dual drive BOV.

Any thoughts?

here's a pic of my intercooler setup:

I'm not sure if this contributes to it, but That sure is a lot of charge piping .

The rattling can be from the intercooler if its not bolted down snug. Mine actually did that because when it blew off, it caused a little surge so the intercooler jiggled.

And yes, check for vacume or boost leaks. Try hooking the bov to an independent source.

I think it's pretty snug - riveted to frame, bolted to brackets with lock nuts. But I will def. check the hoses.

same amount of piping as any stock evo 1-4 , wouldnt say that has anything to do with it
