Well, this is OT so hang in there with me.
Windows Are Squeeking?
This is really not performance oriented at all but i didn't know if anyone else is having this problem. I wash my car whenever it gets dirty. I do give it the window treatment cause I do believe that clean windows make driving the car more comfortable but lately, my windows have been squeeking. Whenever they roll up, they tend to squeek once the top of the window touches the rubber Window Seal.
I tried cleaning it with a Q-TIP and i tried paying more attention to my windows when i wash my car but it still squeeks. I'm sorry for the dumb ?? but it really got annoying after a while and i tried to take care of the problem but no luck. My friends ITR was the same as well. i tried 'Lubin it with some WD-40 on a Qtip but no Cigar.
No flaming - i trust that if there was no interest or intent to help with this, flamers wouldn't be posting.

This may be different.. but I put some oil (not motor oil, just lube oil in a little squirt tin) up and down the sills where the windows slide. It worked great.
I realize you used WD-40 and a Q-tip, but that may not cut it...
btw, this was on my 86 suburbans back window. The window motor was almost dead... it helped big time.
