F2 Overheating..help, help!!!

Default F2 Overheating..help, help!!!

hey i got a 93 F2 CBR, that overheats really easily.. from work to school, which is about 2 miles, it starts to get pretty close to the red.. i checked my coolant resevoir and it seems fine.. any suggestions to what the problem or solution may be would be greatly appreciated-thanks

Check for water leaks and also check that you don't have a faulty radiator fan switch.

Yeah. Actually, flush your coolant system and check the fan switch, the temp sensor, and the thermostat (if it has one, I don't have an CBR manual).

If you check your service manual, it should have a section on how to do this, which is generally relativly easy (takes a multimeter and a stove with a pot of water)
