180 whp possible with Skunk2 Stage1 with NO tuning?
2000 JDM ITR motor (11.1 CR)
Skunk2 Stage 1 cams
AEM CAI for 99-00 Si
Comptech 4-2-1
Custom mandrel 2.5 inch exhaust
Clutchmaster flywheel
OBD1 with Kenji chipped p28
No power steering, no a/c
Is 180 whp possible with no tuning?
How much power do you think can be gained with the use of Hondata and cam gear tuning from a good tuner?

Yes Very possible
I laid down 190 on first pull un-tuned (0,0)
Get a chiped ECU (obd1) and VAFC and with good tuned 200whp is within reach!

Alot. I gained over 20whp in the midrange and almost 10whp at peak after tuning, and that was on stock cams with a VAFC and cam gears. Just tune it man, it's so worth it.

Hondata is never overkill in my opinion. A stock motor would benefit from the fine tuning of air/fuel and ignition timing maps offered by Hondata. All you need is a skilled tuner.

Doubt it. When I dropped mine in I made 173whp untuned.

I barely made 196 with an hondata. I made 200 with a vafc. The Vafc I tuned myself. Cam gear tuning is where the most power is going to come from. Especially the intake cam.

Yea, I got 175whp and have since added the mugen intake and toda header. I'd hope I'm also at 180 on stock cams.
But you can get ALOT more midrange/topend after you tune them cams...

Why would you ever want to leave your car untuned. This is so bad for your car. You could potentially be running very lean or very rich. Maybe even get some detonation. Tune the car man. If not to make power get it running at good fuel ratios.
On a similar '98 GS-R, we were just under 180whp baseline and ended up with 184whp with lots more midrange after an hour of tuning, and we've still gotta get his car back there to play with the cam timing and fuel pressure. Stock 10.0:1 CR.
Details are in the Integra forum under my SN if you wanna see the full-out.

Since your motor is 2000 JDM ITR motor (11.1 CR)
Do not use Skunk2 Stage 1 cams, use stock JDM ITR cams
Do not use AEM CAI for 99-00 Si (2.75" diameter), use AEM ITR CAI 3" diameter
Do not use Comptech 4-2-1, instead used stock JDM header 4-1
Must get fuel adjustable and among other things that you listed.
should pump out at least 180 or over 190 after tuning.

I thought a $100 upgrade to Skunk 2 cams was a good deal.
AEM ITR CAI will not fit in an ef.
JDM 4-1 will not fit in an ef. (also see Great Header Test)
I was wondering what type of adjustable fuel was best (hondata or VAFC). That is why I asked.

That's like telling someone who wants Jun 3's, to just get Jun 1's.
