Default Need some help with my turbo gs, please read :) Boost problems

ok first some background...This is my car - 98 integra gs, max-rev kit, hondata (tuned on dyno) 3" exhaust, greddy profec B, MSD sport compact ignition, blaster ss coil, 65,000 miles. Everything else I dont think would matter in this troubleshoot. I'm runnning 10lbs of boost. Boost cut is set at 14.5 lbs. I run maximum of 12-13lbs on track. Motor is completely stock. Everything has been running fine for 4 months. Ok I think thats it, now for the problem. When I get on it in first and second gear the car will start to pull (the turbo will start building boost) and then when the wastegate is about to open or right when it open the car dies, it hits some kind of fuel or ignition cut. Keep in mind this is on the street at 9.5 lbs of boost, no where near the cut off or redline.
The car won't shut off completely it will just not respond to the throttle for a second and then runs again. Thats not all. In lower rpms like 2000-3500 the car is choking and sputtering but in higher rpms it runs smooth. Please ask me questions of whatever else you need to know to maybe help diagnose my car. I really need to get this thing running right. Thanks for taking the time to help out a fellow honda techer!

Kinda sounds like spark blowout. Change the plugs and make sure your ignitoin systems is strong. ????

What size injectors? and your not using an fmu right?.....I was thinking maybe you blew out a couple of your injectors.....if, that is, your using an fmu......but since your using a hondata i'm sure you have larger injectors.....hmmmm what could it be?

Hey guys I just got back from changing the oil and I actually thought hmmm...maybe it could be the spark plugs. Sure enough I threw in a fresh set and voila! You guys hit it right on the money!!!!! Something so simple, cause me so much fear Yes I am using 440cc injectors and no fmu. Thanks again guys for all your help. You people are the only reason why my car is actually running right now. Hope everyone has a great day...mine just got 100% better :D
