15W50??

Default 15W50??

I have a sick R motor with leaky rings. Motor still pulls strong but will need an overhaul eventually. Would switching to a 15W50 syn oil make my problem better, worse or make no difference what so ever??

piston rings im assuming...

i wouldnt waste cash on synthetic. but thats imo.

i have the same problem, and i've switched to 15-50 for a year and a half now and i don't burn nearly as i used to.
