Default Anyone run extremely lean when going catless on OBD2??

Ive had this problem since I put my engine in....

I have no low end and when I push the pedal it doesnt accelerate till I hit vtec. You can feel it running very lean. I have a 96 ex with 99 B18C1 with 96 p72. I have a test pipe with both O2s still hooked up. My conclusion was that they were reading the same thing, thus the second would think I was rich and thus lean me out. Very soon I will be converting to OBD1 and praying I feel a significant difference.

Any other possible ideas here?

for the record: AEM short ram, DC 4-1, 2.5" test pipe, stock turd piping with sraight thru pipe, CM flywheel, ACT XTSS. Ive installed a VAFC and havent felt a difference but its guess tuned and not dynod.

your idea sounds bout right

since they read and ajust your fuel , you got them all thrown out of wack. So they be not adjusting right, id pick up a obd2-1 harness and call it a day

My secondary o2 is in the cabin (passenger-side kick panel) and whether I run with exhaust or open, there are no problems like u point out..

Since u sound like u don't want your secondary o2 there, just wire it into the cabin like me..
