Neither,the JDM,EDM EG's come with B16A's in them stock,the weight difference between the two is what,a few pounds.In mine I installed the stock SiR/VTi strut bar and the handling was crisp and nice.

you need to do some research and use the SEARCH button. there's hundreds of threads that deals with weight differences between all of the B-series and H-series and D-series.
