Ok here is my situation I have no brake lights. I do have tail lights and dash lights and all other lights working just brake lights dont work. Well this is my only car as of now and its getting a paint job monday so I gotta do it tommorow. Is there a Fuse or just the brake lights I know there is one for the tail/instruments. Im stumped on this and it makes me mad but I know some HT member has had this prob or knows a fix. Btw the only electrical thing i disconected recently is the rear washer motor. Please help me guys

Check the switch on the break pedal. Make sure it is not getting stuck.

I checked that part. I had took out my horn fuse a while ago. I went out and put a fuse back in there and I have brake lights again. Is it possile my brake lights will work with out the horn fuse in? I took it out cause drains my batt.

brake lights and horn are on the same fuse...if you are taking out the fuse then you won't have brake lights. when you reinstall the fuse are the brake lights on without touching the brake pedal? if so, then check to see if the plastic stopper on the brake pedal is gone...this is what pushes on the brake light switch when you release the pedal. it is common for these plastic stoppers to break after so many years. if yours is broken you can get one from honda. how exactly did you disconnect the wiper motor? cut wires or unplug? is there a short from the ground there? you might try grounding the plug for the wiper motor, (ground wire only, not anything with voltage.)

Here's a thought...

When my brake lights didn't work, the culprits were bad light bulb sockets. Test for power, and replace them if necessary. Fixed mine 100 percent!

Not the bulbs... the sockets. If they're corroded enough, your lights won't work.

I got em to work only when the horn fuse is in. I pulled the fuse out before because something on that wiring harness had a drain when I used a test light. I didnt figure the Horn and brake light deal would be on the same deal. I cant figure where the drain is since my car is at the body shop. Im gonna look at my HB to get any ideas of where a bad ground could be. Its just wierd to me that the horn and brake lights are the same wiring thing
